Project Manager I | PNC | Pittsburgh, PA

Successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a small
project or phases of a larger project with Recruiting Operation Center
with a focus on recruitment compliance related projects and operational
reporting. Responsibilities include; defining scope, coordinating
activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed,
and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
Project Manager will be expected to manage several different projects at
one time. Candidate will also be responsible for the development
of ad hoc operational reports as needed to support the Recruiting
Operations function.
A business degree is preferred with a diverse Human Resource background
particular in recruiting, reporting, applicant tracking systems, OFCCP
compliance and employment law. Minimum of two years of project
management experience required with the ability to management several
projects simultaneously. Candidate must have strong analytical
and problem solving skills; strong oral, written and interpersonal
skills; ability to manage multiple complex tasks
efficiently.
Additional preferred skills include advance knowledge of Excel, Access,
and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
